TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About us
    Mirvat Equestrian Lifestyle is operated by Mirvat Equestrian World For Readymade Garments Trading, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this business.

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable UAE law.

2. Using our website
    You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or act with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security or infringe the rights of others.

3. Products
    Please review each product’s description, size, colour and personalisation details before ordering. Screen settings may cause slight differences in how colours appear.

Products must match their agreed description. Our descriptions and images do not exclude your rights if an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

4. Orders and payment
    Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. Payment methods available for your purchase are displayed at checkout.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items and any associated delivery charge where applicable.

If a pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel the affected order for a refund.

5. Prices
    Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable VAT will be handled and displayed in accordance with UAE law. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you complete your purchase.

Price changes do not alter the agreed price of an order already accepted.

6. Shipping and delivery
    We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery costs AED 19 per order, with an expected delivery time of 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an update. Please contact us if your parcel is lost, damaged or not delivered so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Personalised orders
    Please check all names, wording and design details carefully before confirming a personalised order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Items made to your specific requirements cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective, damaged or does not match the agreed order.

Products featuring our standard ready-made designs remain eligible for our standard return policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
    Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the order’s processing, dispatch and personalisation status. This does not limit cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. We cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.

9. Intellectual property
    Website content and designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design.

You must have permission to use any images, logos or other protected material you ask us to reproduce for a personalised order.

10. Privacy and Shopify
    Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases are made directly from our business, not from Shopify.

11. Applicable law and changes
    These terms are governed by applicable UAE law. Disputes may be referred to the competent courts in the UAE, without restricting any mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The terms applicable when you place your order will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
